Yoga Schedule (Fall/Winter Schedule) & Information

What is Yoga?

The word Yoga itself means "Union": of the individual consciousness or soul with the Universal Consciousness or Spirit. Yoga is all about harmonizing the body with the mind and breath through the means of various breathing exercises, yoga poses (asanas) and meditation. I call Yoga; Body Prayers. 

Who can practice Yoga?

Yoga is for everyone. Even if you are not perfect. 

The point of yoga is not to stick your foot behind your head, or to have some place to wear your cute workout gear.


Practicing  yoga means, to reconnect you to the deepest part of you – to rediscover who you are, and then carry that out into the world. Yoga is awesome physical exercise. It will help you to lose weight, get strong, and feel great.


Yoga can also help you to get still, find peace, and remember who you are, why you’re here, and what you want out of your life.  And finding your Authentic Self. While keep practicing Yoga, eventually, you will bring that stillness, peace, and confidence from your practice into the rest of your life.

What do I wear to Yoga?

I would recommend that you wear comfortable clothing. For men, sweatpants and t-shirt. Yoga will be practiced barefoot. 

What to bring to your first Yoga class?

Your mat (I have a few to spare, please let me know if you need one). A water bottle and maybe a towel. And most important and  an open mind. 


For the Fall/Winter schedule Monday's starting Sept. 23rd at 6:30 PM. Please arrive 10 mins early for class. Thank you! 


Class duration is: 60 mins

Cost is: $10/person
